Odunbaku Grille was established in the fall of 2022 by Aminat Odunbaku. Originally from Texas, by way of Ghana and Nigeria, she always had a significant passion for sharing her cultural dishes with the world. She wanted to specialize in “Suya”, a Northern Nigerian spice seasoned with various proteins and vegetables. This is a famous African hors d’oeuvres that is loved globally and now serving Los Angeles CA.
