Shipping Policy & Lost Packages & Delays

Orders take 1-2 business days to process. Tracking will be provided to the email listed on your order once the package is fulfilled, shipped, and delivered.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once shipped. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is delayed or lost in transit, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Note: Due to the country’s climate, USPS jobs have been at stake, causing delays in shipments. Please note that your packages are on the way but may be delayed.
